GregoryJbara.com, respects the privacy of each individual who visits this site.

Any email sent to the webmaster or as email to be forwarded on to Gregory Jbara are seen only by the webmaster and (when for him) by Gregory Jbara. We don't give or sell your email addresses to any third parties, nor are they added to any bulk e-mail lists. We hate spam as much as you do.

If anyone following the instructions on the contact page of this site sends Gregory Jbara an SASE for the purpose of requesting his autograph, your mailing address is not given or sold to any third parties.

On the guest book, if a person's email address is posted there, we have no control over third parties acquiring them if the guest book message is posted as public. (Anyone posting in the guest book can opt to post a private message, or to not post an email address.) Use your own discretion about posting your email address when using the guest book. GregoryJbara.com does not collect email addresses posted on the guest book for the purpose of giving or selling lists to any third parties.

Keep in mind that some areas of the site are hosted by other domains, such as the guest book, hosted by Bravenet.com. In the games area, we use third party sites for the Riddles and Jigsaw puzzles. GregoryJbara.com has no control over any third party site's privacy policy and recommends that users take a look at the privacy policies of those third party sites. If you click on any link on our web site that takes you to an Internet address that does NOT have "gregoryjbara.com" or in the URL, then you are no longer covered by our privacy policy but by the policy of the domain/site which you have entered.

We ask, for their protection and ours, that children 13 years of age and under not sign the guest book or email us or send for Gregory Jbara's autograph before first asking for and getting permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We don't sell anything here on our own behalf, so no one at gregoryjbara.com will ever have any need for you credit card or any other personal info.

This site utilizes some javascript and java for site enhancement only, such as browser special effects, games, and special cursors. DHTML effects have been removed, except on one gallery entry page for A Midsummer Night's Dream and the "slide show" effect used for saved web cam images .

We use third party trackers as well as collect stats provided by our host server. None of these tell us any personal information about anyone visiting this site. They only tell us things like what IP address or domain server a visitor came from; if they came by clicking a link from another site, it will tell us that; it will let us know what browser you use and what platform, i.e. we might know that someone from doodah.com visited, using Internet Explorer 5.0 and a Macintosh computer and that they found us via searching Yahoo. We have no way, however, of knowing who any specific visitor to the site is via any stats we collect. The only way for us to know that Joe Smith visited is for Joe Smith to email us and tell us. What we've said before about third party sites and their own privacy policies also apply to third party trackers: we have no control over the policies of third party sites.
By the way, whaddaya know, 'doodah.com' is a real site -- they sell candles and stuff, last we checked.
(2/26 update: Last we checked before this, doodah.com sold candles and stuff. Now they sell gonzo gear and shirts as well as rock art and photos.)
