Greg Sings at Two's Company Event

Los Angeles City College Theatre Alumni & Associates presented Two's Company, an All-Star Event Celebrating the Songs of Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 7:30 PM at The Alex Theatre.
   Bruce Kimmel, Director/Producer; Cindy Williams, Host; Adam Cates, Choreographer; and Richard Berent, Musical Director.
   All-Star Cast included: Christina Saffran Ashford, Matthew Ashford, David Burnham, Patrick Cassidy, Kirsten Benton Chandler, Raymond Del Barrio, Kevin Earley, Marlana Filannino, Juliana Hansen, Kim Huber, Zane Huett and Company, Gregory Jbara, Chad Kimball, Beth Malone, Michelle Nicastro, Valarie Pettiford, Linda Purl, Alice Ripley, Julie Reiber and Emily Rozek, Rex Smith, Kevin Spirtas, Alet Taylor, Andy Taylor, Bruce Vilanch, and Jennifer Leigh Warren. Zane Huett (Desperate Housewives) appeared as a Soloist Newsboy in the show. Juliana Hansen sang the World Premiere performance of "A Happy Working Song" from the upcoming Disney film, Enchanted, music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Stephen Schwartz.
   Greg sang Menken's "Will the Sun Ever Shine Again" from the Disney animated film Home on the Range. (Originally performed on the movie soundtrack by Bonnie Raitt.)
   Ticket sales went to benefit the LA City College Theatre Alumni & Associates, a non-profit representing Los Angeles City College's Theatre Academy.

Greg "Leadership Gala" Dinner MC

On September 15, 2007, Greg was the MC for The Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce annual "Leadership Gala" dinner which took place at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza from 6:00-9:00 PM. Photos
   The LAGLCC is the pre-eminent LGBT business organization in Los Angeles - serving as Los Angeles' LGBT Center of Commerce for LGBT business owners, LGBT professionals and LGBT consumers.
   Greg stated, in a press release beforehand, "I am particularly excited about this event because my sister Judy is on the Board of Directors for the 'Chamber' and has invested a whole lot of blood, sweat and tears to create an incredibly wonderful event - honoring two community leaders: Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing of Los Angeles and In Magazine."
